Version 0.6.1
Hotfix 1 Active
November 2, 2026 • Co-op NAT Traversal, Vault Protection & Full zhCN Translation
🔥 Hotfix 1 (Co-op Stability & Vault Preservation)
- Extraction Vault Mail Delivery: Items left in the Extraction Vault now reliably arrive in the guest's mailbox, even if the guest drops connection or exits the game in the middle of a run.
- Inventory & Progression Protection: Gold, gear, items, and stage progress earned as a guest no longer intermittently disappear.
- Graceful Host Disconnect: If the host leaves or closes the game mid-run, guest runs cleanly end and players still receive their earned rewards from their final moments instead of getting stuck on the stage.
- Synchronized Summoning Stone: A guest using a Summoning Stone now summons the boss for the entire party, and the floor exit portal opens for all players simultaneously. Everyone in the group now sees the boss summoning countdown timer.
- Class & Character Locking Fixes: Leaving a co-op session no longer locks your class upon attempting to rejoin. Cancelling a join request right as the host accepts no longer locks your character until the launcher restarts.
- Floor Transition Stability: A guest changing floors is no longer disconnected from the group when another player joins the lobby. Leaving guests are cleanly and completely removed from the host's session.
- Automated VPN / Virtual LAN Support: Players connected on the same virtual network—including Radmin VPN, Hamachi, ZeroTier, or Tailscale—now automatically discover and connect to each other, and hosting directly over a VPN is fully supported.
- Video Resolution Settings: Added a dedicated Resolution selector in Video settings. "Automatic" scales to the screen as before; select a custom resolution to play in a window, or enjoy stretched full-screen on Steam Deck.
- Launcher Reliability: Resolved rare launcher crashes when closing the game, clicking the system tray icon after minimizing the window, or performing an update while an older launcher instance is still open.
🌐 Co-op Networking & NAT Traversal
- Self-Hosted P2P Architecture: Co-op is 100% self-hosted on the host's PC, and other players connect straight to it. No centralized gameplay servers; the public lobby only indexes active rooms and negotiates connections.
- Automated UDP Hole Punching: Outside players can now host and join across home routers automatically without needing manual router port configuration.
- Local Area Network (LAN) Support: Players on the same local Wi-Fi or LAN can always join seamlessly without port forwarding. Those sessions display a "LAN" badge and appear exclusively to players on the local subnet.
- Custom Public Address / Virtual LANs: Hosts can specify custom public IP/domain, ZeroTier, Tailscale, or tunnel addresses. ZeroTier and Tailscale rooms can be joined securely with invite codes.
- Actionable Connection Troubleshooting: If peers cannot reach the host, clear on-screen instructions guide forwarding TCP port 3725 and adding firewall exceptions.
- IPv6 Full Compatibility: Hosts on native IPv6 internet connections no longer fail the connectivity reachability check.
- Party Frame Bleed-Out UI: Downed teammates' skull icon and remaining bleed-out countdown now cleanly display to the right of their health bar.
